Toci

Another Request done.. -w- phew..

Toci belongs to Tico van der Vleuten, a good friend of mine.

[EDIT] Toci has two pair of wings, I forgot to draw this.

Toci used to be an Earthpony but wanted to have wings. He met a strange unicorn and asked her to give him wings, he got them but the spell gone wrong, instead of one pair of wings he had two.
